Leveling up this XENO will reset its stats back to Lv2. *It does not have any impact on the in game behavior other than the level and stats ・Confirmed that some individuals have been distributed with a collab XENO at Lv1 stats and level. Our Actions: For those who are affected by both of these issues, we will fix it to Lv15 during the scheduled maintenance on Thursday, September 18th at 4:00 a.m. UTC. Additionally, for users who have already leveled up, we will distribute the materials (Soul Stones and Gold) that were used for leveling up. We have made these changes mentioned above from our initial plan of distributing the materials required to go from Lv1 to Lv15, as previously announced. An issue occurred in the Brave Frontier Versus collaboration sale where XENO was mistakenly distributed. Period From around 3:00 p.m. UTC on September 20th to September 21st. Issue An issue occurred where an error message appeared during the gacha spin, and the gacha did not complete successfully. Despite no Market Money being consumed, XENO was mistakenly distributed. Since it is not possible to list items for sale during the sale period, XENO is not in circulation on the market. Our Actions We will collect XENO during the maintenance scheduled for Thursday, September 28th. All U Coins, G Coins, Gold, and Soul Stones used for training will be refunded. Request to All Affected Users We kindly request that those who participated in the sale during the mentioned period refrain from using the mistakenly distributed XENO for training or charging.
